RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Rhéa Matcha, we take pride in providing high-quality ceremonial grade matcha. Due to the nature of our product (food-grade, perishable goods), we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened or delivered.

 

All sales are final.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@rhea-matcha.com, providing:

 

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will review your case and, if applicable, issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

 

Please note:

 

  • We cannot accept returns for reasons of personal taste or preference.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
