Orders can be placed directly through our website.
We accept payments via:

Apple Pay
Credit / Debit Cards
All transactions are securely processed using encrypted payment gateways.
We do not store or have access to your card or banking details.
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed for local delivery within the UAE only.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

4. Shipping and Delivery
We currently deliver only within the United Arab Emirates.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but typically orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days.
If there are delays, you will be notified by email or SMS.
Shipping costs (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of opened or delivered items.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at  info@rhea-matcha.com, including your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
We will review your case and, if approved, issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
