Coconut Matcha Refresher
Ingredients
1 tsp Rhea Matcha Ceremonial matcha powder
¾ cup coconut water
¼ cup coconut milk
1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
¼ cup warm water (not boiling)
Ice cubes
Instructions
Prepare the Matcha:
Sift the matcha powder into a bowl. Add warm water and whisk using a bamboo whisk (or frother) until smooth and slightly foamy.
Make Coconut Base:
In a glass, combine coconut water and coconut milk. Add sweetener if desired and mix gently.
Assemble the Drink:
Fill the glass with ice, then slowly pour the whisked matcha over the coconut mixture to create a light layered effect.
