Iced Blueberry Lavender Matcha
Ingredients
1 tsp Rhea Matcha Ceremonial matcha powder
1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 tsp culinary lavender (or lavender syrup)
1 cup milk of choice (oat milk works best for creaminess)
1 tsp honey or agave
Ice cubes
Directions
The Base:
Muddle blueberries with the sweetener and lavender in the bottom of a glass.
The Milk:
Fill the glass with ice and pour in your milk, leaving room at the top.
The Matcha:
Whisk the matcha powder with 2 oz of warm water until frothy.
The Layer:
Slowly pour the matcha over the milk to create a stunning layered effect. Garnish with a sprig of fresh lavender.
