Iced Matcha Latte
Ingredients:
1–2 tsp RHEA MATCHA ceremonial matcha powder
1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
1–2 tsp sweetener of choice (sugar, honey, or maple syrup)
1/4 cup cold water
Ice cubes
Optional: whipped cream or matcha powder for garnish
Directions:
Prepare Matcha:
Sift ceremonial matcha powder into a cup to avoid clumps.
Mix:
Add 1/4 cup of cold water. Using a bamboo whisk, whisk the matcha in a zigzag “M” or “W” motion. Whisk briskly for 15–20 seconds until smooth, slightly frothy, and free of lumps.
Sweeten:
Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour in milk, then slowly pour the whisked matcha over it to create visible layers. Sweeten to taste.
Assemble the Latte:
Fill a glass with ice cubes, pour in the milk, then gently add the whisked matcha. Stir to combine.
Serve:
