Mango Matcha Latte

Ingredients


  • 1 tsp Rhea Matcha Ceremonial matcha powder

  • ½ cup mango puree

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • ¼ cup warm water (not boiling)

  • Ice cubes


Instructions


  1. Prepare the Matcha:

Sift the matcha powder into a bowl. Add warm water and whisk using a bamboo whisk (or frother) until smooth and slightly foamy.


  1. Make Mango Base:

Blend fresh mango into a smooth puree. Add sweetener if needed.


  1. Assemble the Drink:

Add mango puree to a glass, fill it with ice, pour in milk, and gently top with whisked matcha.


  1. Mix & Enjoy:

Stir before drinking to combine the layers.
