Ingredients


  • 1 teaspoon Rhea Matcha Ceremonial Grade Matcha Powder

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)


Directions


  1. Prep the Blender:
