Ingredients
1 slice whole-grain bread
½ ripe avocado
1 teaspoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon Rhea Matcha Ceremonial Grade Matcha Powder
A pinch of sea salt
Chili flakes (optional)
Directions
Toast the Bread:
Toast the slice of whole-grain bread until golden and crisp.
Prepare the Avocado:
In a small bowl, mash the ripe avocado with lemon juice and a pinch of sea salt until smooth but slightly chunky.
Assemble the Toast:
Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toasted bread.
