Matcha Avocado Toast

Ingredients


  • 1 slice whole-grain bread

  • ½ ripe avocado

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • ½ teaspoon Rhea Matcha Ceremonial Grade Matcha Powder

  • A pinch of sea salt

  • Chili flakes (optional)


Directions


  1. Toast the Bread:

Toast the slice of whole-grain bread until golden and crisp.


  1. Prepare the Avocado:

In a small bowl, mash the ripe avocado with lemon juice and a pinch of sea salt until smooth but slightly chunky.


  1. Assemble the Toast:

Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toasted bread.

Lightly sift Rhea Matcha Ceremonial Grade Matcha Powder over the avocado layer for a vibrant color and subtle flavor.

Sprinkle chili flakes if desired and serve immediately.
