Matcha Banana Smoothie

Ingredients


  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)

  • 3g RHEA MATCHA ceremonial matcha

  • 20–25 ml hot water (70–80°C)

  • 1–2 soft dates (pitted)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

  • Ice cubes (if needed)


Directions


  1. Prep the Whisk:

Dip your bamboo whisk in hot water for a few seconds.


  1. Sift the Matcha:

Sift RHEA MATCHA into a bowl to prevent clumps.


  1. Mix with Water:

Add hot water and whisk briskly until smooth and slightly frothy.


  1. Blend Ingredients:

In a blender, add frozen banana, almond milk, dates, and vanilla extract. Blend until creamy.


  1. Combine:

Pour the smoothie into a glass and gently stir in the prepared matcha for a vibrant green swirl, or blend briefly for a fully mixed smoothie.


  1. Serve:

Add ice cubes if desired and enjoy immediately.
