Matcha Chia Pudding

Ingredients:


  • 2 tsp RHEA MATCHA ceremonial matcha powder

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

  • 1 tsp agave syrup or honey (optional)

  • Fresh fruits or nuts for topping (optional)


Directions:


  1. Prepare Matcha Milk:

Sift and whisk RHEA MATCHA ceremonial matcha powder with a small amount of milk until smooth and lump-free.


  1. Combine Ingredients:

Mix the matcha milk with the remaining milk and chia seeds. Add sweetener if desired.


  1. Chill:

Cover and refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours or overnight until it thickens.


  1. Finish & Serve:

Top with fresh fruits, nuts, or seeds. Enjoy a creamy, nutrient-packed matcha pudding!
