Matcha Cinnamon Rolls
Ingredients:
Cinnamon roll dough (store-bought or homemade)
1–2 tsp RHEA MATCHA ceremonial matcha powder
2 tbsp sugar for filling
Optional: glaze (icing sugar + milk or cream)
Directions:
Prepare Dough and Filling:
Mix ceremonial matcha powder into the sugar for the filling.
Form Rolls:
Roll out the dough, spread the matcha-sugar mixture evenly, then roll the dough tightly into a log. Cut into individual rolls.
Bake:
Place rolls on a greased baking tray or dish. Bake according to dough instructions (usually 175°C / 350°F for 20–25 minutes) until golden brown.
Add Glaze:
Optional: While warm, drizzle with your preferred glaze.
Serve:
Enjoy warm, soft, and fluffy matcha-infused cinnamon rolls for a cozy winter treat!
