Matcha Coconut Cloud
Ingredients:
1 tsp RHEA MATCHA ceremonial matcha powder
¼ cup warm water
¾ cup coconut milk
1 tsp agave syrup or honey
Optional: coconut cream for topping
Directions:
Prepare Matcha Base:
Sift and whisk RHEA MATCHA ceremonial matcha powder with warm water until smooth and lump-free.
Warm Coconut Milk:
Gently heat the coconut milk (do not boil). Stir in agave or honey until lightly sweetened.
Combine:
Pour the warm coconut milk into the matcha mixture and stir well.
Finish & Serve:
Optional: Top with coconut cream for a cloud-like finish. Serve warm for a smooth, dairy-free matcha experience.
