Matcha Coconut Cloud

Ingredients:


  • 1 tsp RHEA MATCHA ceremonial matcha powder

  • ¼ cup warm water

  • ¾ cup coconut milk

  • 1 tsp agave syrup or honey

  • Optional: coconut cream for topping


Directions:


  1. Prepare Matcha Base:

Sift and whisk RHEA MATCHA ceremonial matcha powder with warm water until smooth and lump-free.


  1. Warm Coconut Milk:

Gently heat the coconut milk (do not boil). Stir in agave or honey until lightly sweetened.


  1. Combine:

Pour the warm coconut milk into the matcha mixture and stir well.


  1. Finish & Serve:

Optional: Top with coconut cream for a cloud-like finish. Serve warm for a smooth, dairy-free matcha experience.
