Matcha Energy Bites
Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp nut butter (almond or peanut)
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
3g RHEA MATCHA ceremonial grade matcha
1–2 tbsp warm milk or water (as needed)
Optional: shredded coconut and chopped pistachios
Directions:
Prepare the Base:
Add rolled oats to a mixing bowl. If you prefer a softer texture, lightly pulse the oats in a blender before using.
Add Matcha:
Sift RHEA MATCHA ceremonial matcha into the bowl to avoid clumps and ensure even distribution.
Combine Wet Ingredients:
Add nut butter and honey (or maple syrup) to the dry mixture.
Mix Until Combined:
Stir well until the mixture starts coming together. Add warm milk or water gradually if needed to bind.
Shape the Bites:
Using clean hands, roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
Add Optional Toppings:
Roll or sprinkle the energy bites with shredded coconut or chopped pistachios for added flavor and texture.
Chill to Set:
Place the energy bites in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
Serve or Store:
Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
