Matcha Hot Chocolate
Ingredients:
1 cup milk (any type)
3g RHEA MATCHA ceremonial matcha
20–25 ml hot water (70–80°C)
2 tsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
1–2 tsp sweetener (sugar, honey, or maple syrup)
Optional: whipped cream or chocolate shavings for topping
Directions:
1. Warm the Whisk:
Dip your bamboo whisk in hot water to soften it.
2. Prepare Matcha:
Sift Rhea Matcha into a bowl to avoid clumps.
3. Mix Matcha & Water:
Add hot water and whisk until smooth and frothy.
4. Combine Cocoa & Sweetener:
Stir cocoa powder and sweetener into the matcha mixture until fully blended.
5. Heat Milk:
Warm milk gently (don’t boil) and froth if you want a creamy texture.
6. Assemble Drink:
Pour warm milk into a mug, then fold in the matcha-chocolate mixture.
7. Optional Finish:
Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cocoa or chocolate shavings.
